  • What programs are offered as commute choices in the goClub?

  • If I am not eligible for payroll deduction, how can I purchase my bus pass or Commuter Check?
  • Visit the TAPS office between the 25th and the 5th of the month to purchase a bus pass or Commuter Check over the counter at TAPS.
  • How do I sign up for the goClub?
  • Visit goclub.ucdavis.edu to register online. The deadline to sign up for pre-tax payroll deduction is the 10th of the month to submit an order for the next calendar month.
  • How can I update the address information that is used on my goClub application?
  • The address used in your goClub application is pulled directly from SISWEB and Payroll. If your address is up to date in SISWEB and Payroll, but the address in your goClub application is incorrect, please contact TAPS
  • If I ride my bike or walk to campus, can I join the goClub?
  • Yes, and you should!
  • What benefits will I receive for joining the goClub?
  • Once you register and join the goClub, you will be eligible for various incentives and prizes depending on your commute choice. To learn more about the benefits of the goClub, please refer to guidelines for the program you are interested in.
  • I currently carpool/vanpool/take the train/take the bus and am currently receiving incentives offered through TAPS. Am I automatically a goClub member?
  • Yes, if you currently carpool/vanpool or if you purchase a discounted transit pass, you are already enrolled in the goClub and do not need to complete a new application.
  • I am a student living on campus. Am I eligible for the goClub?
  • Yes, you are eligible for the goWalk or goBike program. However, there are certain benefits that may not apply to you. Example: students living on campus are restricted from purchasing a campus parking permit. Therefore, you are not eligible for the campus complimentary parking permit(s).
  • I am an undergraduate student living in Davis, but not on campus. Am I eligible to carpool and join the goClub?
  • Undergraduate students, who live within Davis city limits, are not eligible to participate in the carpool program. Please take advantage of the other commute options such as goBus, goWalk or goBike. Visit goclub.ucdavis.edu to learn more about these programs and their incentives.
  • What happens if I need to buy a parking permit while I'm enrolled in the goClub?
  • By enrolling in the goClub you have agreed not to purchase a parking permit for the remaining fiscal year. Purchase of a UC Davis or UCDMC campus parking permit, other than a goCarpool/goVanpool permit, will cancel your goClub membership and you will no longer be eligible for benefits through the goClub program.
  • If I switch between modes during the year, will I receive additional complimentary permits?
  • Members of goClub will receive a maximum of 24 complimentary permits per fiscal year regardless of mode choice. When you switch between modes you may keep your complimentary parking permit.
